STUDIO BREAK NOTICE: Please note that we will be closing our invitation studio from
Nov 2011 to Nov 2012. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and wish you a happy wedding.

STEP 1 | Place Your Order
You may place an order by either using our Online Order Form, or by downloading our form in Microsoft Word. If you use our downloadable form you will be asked to enter all your order details in the form and email the form back to us. Please note that your order isn't finalized until completing Step 2.

STEP 2 | Payment
Once your order information is submitted a sales rep will call or email you to follow up on your submission. Your invitation rep will go over all of your order details, your final total and provide further information on your payment options. An electronic invoice will be sent to you by email.

Ways you can pay…
1 - By using Pay Pal - You may pay by credit card through this secure online service. If you choose this payment method your invoice will include a link that prompts your online payment.



2 - If you are not in a rush, you cay pay by mailing in a money order – Step 3 will not begin until the payment is processed.

3 - You can also pay via an email money transfer. This method is also quick and easy.

STEP 3 | Design & Personalization
Once the payment has been processed ... the design will now be personalized by our in-house designers according to your specifications. A digital proof of your design will be sent to you via email within 2 business days. If you would like printed proof(s) mailed to you, this will take 5 – 7 business days at an additional cost of $20 ($35 if you request express shipping).

STEP 4 | Print Production
The printing and assembling of your order will commence once you have reviewed and approved your proofs. The proof's approval can be given via email, or verbally by phone and the print production phase will take 4 – 7 business days.

STEP 5 | Order Shipment
Once your order has been printed we will immediately pack and ship it off. You will then be given an order tracking number. Shipping times vary depending on the shipment method you choose.

PLEASE NOTE: The ordering process will take approximately 3 weeks from start to finish so please plan ahead and give yourself plenty of time. It is recommended to order 4 - 6 months prior to your wedding date. Please inquire for orders which need to be rushed.
