Invitations should be mailed out about 10 -12 weeks before the event. Please make sure to order enough invitations including extras as it is more cost effective to do so with your initial order.
It is recommended to order 25 extra invitations to account for errors, last minute guests, for keepsakes etc.

All of the designs are also available as Engagment Announcements, Bridal Shower and Anniversary Parties Invitations. Simply submit your own text.

 

Save-the-Date cards or postcards are sent to guests before the invitation to inform them of the wedding date so they can plan far in advance to attend. The cards are especially helpful for out-of-town guests so they can arrange their schedules and book any necessary travel arrangements.

The postcard format is more economically priced since there is no need for envelopes and return address printing.

 

These cards are essential to planning for your dinner/reception since an accurate guest attendance count is needed for food and seating preparations. The reply card and envelope will be inserted with your invitation. Remember to include a postage stamp on the envelope which will also have a mailing address already printed on it so all your guests have to do is fill out the card and mail it back by the requested date.

Writing notes of thanks is an etiquette must. Thank- you notes are available blank for you to write your personal message. All thank-you cover designs are given a personalized touch.

Seating cards identify the guests' specific seating arrangements. These are folded tent cards that stand on their own.
1. They can be placed by each seat of the table with each guests name.
2. Or they are placed outside the reception space and are used to direct guests to their respective tables. Each couple, as well as guests without an escort should receive one.


A coordinating Menu placed on each table is not only a nice decorative touch it is almost a must. Especially now with more awareness and issues with food, informing your guests of the meal and choices you are offering is definately a should have. 2 - 3 menu cards is recommended to be placed at each table, with a minimum of 1.

A nice touch! A folded tent table number that is double sided. It can stand on its own or it can be inserted into a table number holder. An inexpensive way to add a splash of colour to each guest table.
Guests appreciate an outline to follow along with at the ceremony. It also makes a nice memento of the event. We offer a folded, personalized Program Jacket for you to insert your own printed program text. The insert can be lighly glued inside or affixed with a ribbon. This gives you more time to finalize your ceremony details.
