Q:
How long will it take
for my order to be processed?
A:
From the time an order is placed to
when it is shipped it is estimated to
take anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks to process
an order. An exact time cannot be given
as every order situation is different.
PLEASE INQUIRE FOR ORDERS WHICH NEED TO BE RUSHED AS WE MAY BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
As a guideline...
after your order has been placed and
a payment has been made, you will receive
a digital proof within 2 business days.
Once the proof is approved by yourself
then printing will take 7- 10 business
days. All items are packed and shipped
immediately after the completion of
your order. Please allow for shipping
time according to the shipping option
you have chosen.
Q:
When should I place my
order?
A:
Though it is estimated to take anywhere
from 3 to 4 weeks to process an order,
you must also give yourself time for
addressing the envelopes and for the
guests to respond.
It is suggested to order them 4 - 6
months prior to your wedding date.
Q:
When should I mail the invitations
to my guests?
A:
Invitations should be mailed to your
guests 10 - 12 weeks before the date
of your event to ensure enough time
has been given to your guests to make
arrangements.
Q:
Can I make a change on
my order after it has been finalized?
A:
We will do our best to make your changes
before your order is processed. However,
we cannot guarantee that we'll be able
to intercept and change an order once
it has been sent to print. It is important
that you make sure your order is correct
and be sure to double check all details
on your proof(s) before giving the go
ahead. This is why we always provide
a digital proof and require confirmation
by you via email or verbally by phone
that your proof is error free and it
is ready to print. This will help avoid
the process of reprinting.

Q:
How can I make addressing
my wedding invitations less time-consuming?
A:
To save time while keeping your invitations
elegant, order your envelopes to be
printed with your return address in
the same lettering style and ink color
you choose for your invitation wording.
For a minimal cost so much of your time
is spared so you can go onto other things.
Q:
How do we invite all
of our guests to the ceremony and a
some guests to the dinner reception?
A:
Send everyone an invitation printed
with the wording such as: "Mr.
and Mrs. Joseph S. Wilson request the
honour of your presence at the marriage
ceremony of their daughter Sarah to
Jeffrey N. White. Date, Time, Place...etc"
For those the guests you would like
to invite to the reception as well,
enclose a separate "reception"
card with their invitation.
Q:
What is a monogram?
A:
A monogram is a personal mark. It can
be anything from a couple's first initials
to their interlocking names. The feel
can be more traditional by being in
a fancier script typestyle or it can
be more chic with the use of contemporary
typestyles, or a combination of the
two to create a truely unique symbol.
Please see the large selection of monogram
styles available.
Q:
Where can I find verse
options for unique celebration scenarios?
A: Visit
www.VerseThis.com or www.Verseit.com
for an extensive selection of wedding
invitation wording.
Q:
Can my stationery be
printed in other languages?
A:
Yes! You must provide the text as well
as sign off on a digital proof. We will
be happy to accomodate other languages
but will not be responsible for any
typos.
Q: How can I
check the status of my order?
A:
To check your order status email us
or call us. We will get back to you
a.s.a.p regarding your order details.
Q:
How many invitations/announcements
should I order?
A:
Once you have your final number of invitations
needed, make sure you order 10-25 more
invitations than you think you need.
This is in case you remember someone
you forgot to include on your list or
decide to add guests later. It is more
costly to place a second order for just
25 invitations, so it is recommended
to order extra invitations to begin
with.
Q:
What type of printing do you
use?
A:
We use a full-color digital
press that is toner-based. This printing
method produces a flat ink and gives
a high quality output, resulting in
vibrant colours and crisp imagery.
Q: Do you have
a printed catalogue?
A:
No we currently do not have catalogues
available at this time. However all
of our designs are visible on our website.
